This tutorial will help those who are having problems with insufficient flash disk capacity in Cisco Call Manager Express (CUCME) configurations. In order to copy files e.g Music-on-hold files, GUI files, Basic-ACD scripts and prompts to your flash, you need to have considerable amount of disk space to house all stuff there.
Fortunately, you can increase PMCIA flash disk size in your CME devices and test almost all of advanced features in CME.
Normally, many IOS versions load with 16MB flash disk space. This tutorial will show you how easy it is to increase flash size and thus, source all tftp files from flash of your CUCME.
Here is a basic topology diagram for setting up CME router.
