CUE is one of neat topics in CCIE Voice Lab exam . I consider it as a “bonus topic”  because if done in right way,you can acquire marks pretty easily and without much effort. In one of my previous tutorials, i had used Putty Connection Manager for Console Access which helps centralizing all your consoles into a single window with easy tabbing in between different router consoles. By default, Cisco IP communicator has an internal built-in web server .This can reveal important information like Directory Number, Model number, Device Network settings, Cisco Call Manager settings etc..which you might not want others to know about. Secondly , you might have configured your machine for Web Server (like in case of Microsoft IIS) and you might want to disable CIPC web server .
