I have been doing some extensive UCCX scripting quite recently. One of the best ways to approach UCCX scripting is to explore Script Repository in your UCCX Server with some ACD(Automatic Call Distribution ) and AA(Auto Attendant) sample scripts. However, this might be very basic for most users out there. If you want to dig deep into learning, there is an excellent script repository on Cisco.com. With the release of UCCX 7.0(1) , some of the advanced Release 3 scripts Read more about Unified Contact Center Express 7 Scripting »
